Welcome to Chiller Van Transport. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website chillervantransport.com and the refrigerated vehicle rental services we provide. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Chiller Van Transport provides chiller van rental, freezer van rental, refrigerated van rental, chiller truck rental, refrigerated truck rental, and high roof van rental services across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all UAE emirates. All services are subject to vehicle availability.

Bookings & Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply and may be subject to change depending on actual requirements, rental duration, and route. A booking is confirmed only once agreed upon by both parties. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request.

Rental Terms

  • Rental periods, rates, and conditions will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • The hirer is responsible for using the vehicle in accordance with applicable laws and the agreed terms.
  • Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear, may be chargeable to the hirer.
  • Vehicles must be used only for lawful transport of goods suitable for refrigerated or dry transport as agreed.

Payment

Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. All charges are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We request as much notice as possible for any cancellation or change to a confirmed booking.

Service Standards

We make every effort to maintain our vehicles to a high standard, including temperature calibration and regular servicing. However, we are not liable for delays or issues arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or mechanical breakdown, although we provide breakdown support to minimise disruption.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chiller Van Transport shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the rental charge for the service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
